Read this Article if You Just Want to Be Skinny

Author: Lance Winslow

Do you want to be a more skinny version of you? Would you like to lose all the necessary weight to look like a Bikini Model or a ripped Body Builder? Most Americans are overweight and that is really too bad. People generally are not as happy when they do not feel like they are at their ideal weight and to top it off all day long we are bombarded with images of pretty people with sexy bodies in advertising and on television. That really is not very fair and indeed, it is not the average norm of our society either. A recent survey showed that over 70% of Americans were what society considers fat. And of the rest only 5% were said to be skinny and the other 25% in the survey showed that well they could stand to lose a good 15-20 pounds too.

Have you said to yourself; I just want to be skinny! well if you have you are not alone. Most people want to be skinny and have tighter bodies. A thinner you would make much more sense, you will have more energy because you are lugging around less weight and you will be happier because you will have more self-confidence. You can get there if you really want to, by adjusting your diet and starting a workout program. The thing about it is no matter what program you pick you or diet you choose you will have to stick with it, so perhaps this will be your New Years Resolution this coming year. Think on it.
